This Privacy Policy explains how Verta (the "App") collects, uses, and protects your information. We respect your privacy and only collect what is necessary to operate the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Photos of your space — uploaded by you so the App can generate a redesigned image using AI.
• Feedback / support messages — when you contact us via the in-app Feedback button or email.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Anonymous user identifier — a random ID generated on first launch and stored on your device; used to associate purchases and AI usage with your installation.
• Device & usage data — operating system, app version, language, crash logs, and aggregated usage statistics (via Firebase).
• Purchase data — receipts and entitlement status from Apple App Store / Google Play (we never receive your card number).

2. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, or precise location unless you voluntarily provide them in a support message.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• We do not use your photos to train AI models.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process your photo through our AI provider and return a redesigned image to you.
• To validate and restore purchases and subscription entitlements.
• To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve App performance.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Processing

When you generate a redesign, your photo is transmitted securely (HTTPS) to a third-party AI provider for processing. The resulting image is returned to your device. We do not retain a permanent copy of your uploaded photos on our servers beyond the time strictly necessary to deliver the result, and we do not use them for AI model training.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate the App:

• Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication, crash logs, analytics, file storage.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — handling in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• AI model providers — for generating redesigned images.

These services have their own privacy policies governing the data they receive.

6. Data Retention

Anonymous identifiers and purchase records are retained as long as your installation is active. Uploaded photos are retained only as long as needed to deliver the AI result and are then deleted. Support emails are retained for up to 24 months.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent or object to processing.

You can delete all locally-stored data (including your anonymous identifier) at any time by tapping Settings → Delete Information in the App, or by uninstalling the App. To request deletion of any server-side data tied to your anonymous ID, email us at asadbek.apps@gmail.com with your User ID (shown under Settings).

8. Children's Privacy

Verta is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, Firebase Security Rules, anonymous IDs) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Transfers

Data may be processed on servers located outside your country (e.g. United States, European Union) as part of operating Firebase and AI services. By using the App you consent to such transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when it was last modified. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
